OE done

1 down, 7 more to go....

gosh... i was realli bushed out after ONE WHOLE day at the library with VaL. Let's see, we spent almost 8hrs in the cold library, finali managed to finish our OE project. Not 100% complete, but i can safely say it's 75% done. *hugs VaL tightly* We did it babe! We manage to clear it off 1 week before it's due!!! Cheers to that! We went on our separate ways after tt... she's having dinner with her parents and me.. headed home and waited for Jo to pick me up to go JB. His Toyota VIOS club had this "Toyota Free Night" thingy at Johor circuit... so i also kapo kapo.. go and see see.

It's not my 1st time there, nothing much has change. Other than Toyota club... the Honda club from msia were there too. After last nite, i can safely made this conclusion, Msia cars are super duper noisy after modification... and since it's illegal to modified sg cars.. they are always the quiet ones. *grinz* I have to cover my precious ear to prevent bursting of my ear drums when they race past me. Hmmz.. other than that, i dun see any interesting cars. Have a few subaru, lancer.. oh.. and one lotus.. *yawnz* was getting tired after many many cars zoom past me... trying hard to keep my eyes open. When it's time to go back, i just rushed to the car. =P

I want to own a car too!!! I must earn this myself man...

giving myself a little break now... i think im gona have a nap.. and it's work again tonite.... *pigging*

"Don't take my words to heart,
all i want is for the best of us.
if you think im too harsh,
or even too mean with my words.
Tell me at my face.
I'm sure we are all mature enough,
to handle things openly."

Misses!!!

Dearly Missed!!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Haven't been bowling for ages!!! Once i entered the bowling alley, i can feel the tense atmosphere, the mind game each competitor played, the friendship created among fellow bowlers.. it's all so familiar to me. Friends from overseas actuali called me and said they are in town! Or else i will never know "Super Classic Championship" is going on now. Goshh... kinda miss playing competatively... carrying many balls, testing the lanes, switching lanes, chcking out the position on the board, shivering under the blasting cold air from the air-con, but perspire when u're into the 2nd game. *grinz*

Anyway, some friends i've made during my bowling days....

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Mustaffa Yassin from Selengor, Malaysia!!!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Roger Ni from SINGAPORE!! hahaz

There are more... but they are bowling different squards, different timing, so didnt manage to catch them, and i need to go for my Bible Study ler... Prolly will go down for their finals! I.E. if i have the time...=P

Received a call from Mr. President aka Adrian of the RMIT student council... curious what's the call is about? *drum-roll* Taa-daaa...

Adrian:"Priscilla, i'm calling to inform you that u've been selected to be in the RMIT student council and you will be in the department of Events."

(More information being passed down through the conversation....)

Rightz!! I'm in!! I thought i will never receive any call from them for the fact that i told them i'm working part-time at the night safari. You know.. those council peeps will always want pple who can commit 100% of their time.. if ure working.. so sorrry but you have to say "bye-bye". Therfore, i tot i'll never get in for that mistake i've made during the interview... Sooo...When i rcv the call from Adrian, i was thrilled! =D I know i'm into deep shit now with this additional burden on my shoulders... but i'll never regret.

Now.. it just mean that i've to be more strict with myself in terms of time management. I'll never compromise anything with my studies definitely.. tt is still the top priority. (So VaL, you know u wun hv to worry abt it! *wink*) I know i'm greedy.. wana do more and do well... being a little too ambitious eh? But... i wan to push myself... to reach the highest level of Maslow Hierarchy! Self- Actualization!! lolz..

Ritez.. many things to do... so little time... i shall get going with my MR case study for tmr! *runs off*

Where's the PEOPLE!!

WHERE ARE YOU GUYS!!

I know it's a superb weather to slp in, snuggle in bed, cos it has been raining the whole morning. BUTTTTTT.... I THOUGHT WE SAID WE WOULD ATTEND LECTURE IN DA MORNING!!!! *grumble* I made the effort to drag myself outta bed despite the many temptations to stay in bed and continue my beauty slp. Den i receive msg from VaL, saying that she will not attend the lecture. Alrtz... i tot probably Lyly or Mr. Will will be in sch. So i got dressed, and dad said he will send me to school. GREAT! Had breakie at Killiney Kopitiam opp Bukit Timah Plaza and called Lyly, she is still in bed at 9.30am. (Morning lecture starts at 9.30am) Msg Mr. Will and he didnt reply... so i ASSUME he is also in bed. Joanne will definitely not attend the morning lecture cos she juz came back from HK last nite. I DUN WAN TO CRASH LECTURE ALONE!! *frown* My last resort... msg Grace... she also didnt reply. NO ONE IS IN SCH AT ALL??!! SOOOOO.... i decided to slack at my dad's office since everyone will be at home SLEEPING in their COSY bed and i'm OUTTA bed whining here at Apple Centre. >_< TMD...

After a long while... i rcv msg from grace, she told me she is in lecture aredi. But i dun feel like going there anymore.. it's so depressing. I'm DEPRIVE of SLEEP and MOST of the people are slpg soundly in bed at this hour with this superb weather. "A lack of slp Prisc is an unhappy Prisc" I should have just boycott this ER lecture too....Im not blaming anybody here, just want to release some hot air out to "warm" myself... bleah... ritez... i'm uttering rubbish... i think i will make do with it and slp at my dad's office for a short while. Until somebody calls to tell me they are in school aredi..........

Black Listed

Black Listed by VaL

Those who are interested on the above title can go to VaLaLiCiOuSlY VaL blog to check it out. I know you still Love Me babe!!! heee

It's another busy night at Safari, very busy i must say. A few commotions happened and i almost went crazy with the hustle and bustle at the station. The most funny incident have to be the AH NEHS!!! It was 830pm and the crowd at the main station have not cleared, this is also the time where the show crowd come out... altogether, it's CHAOTIC!! I have not seen the station so pack before!!

Soooo... There came this group of Ah Nehs tour group --- We kind of have some definition for them. Ah Nehs = Extremely Noisy/Pushy/Like to rush to seats/ Can NEVER listen to INSTRUCTIONS/ BIG SIZE and they can push u aside with their BUTT!/ Like to "Cho-Lei Cho Lei" which means "GO-GO-GO"/ Dun understand the meaning of NO MORE SEATS LEFT and all they know is "TOGETHER TOGETHER" which happens to mean, "We want to sit together". *faint*

So much about defining them... here's what happened => This Ah Neh Tour group came, cut in between 2 groups of people who lined up way before them. This is not all, when they moved in the snake queue, they cut queue AGAIN by going under the railing JUST BECOS they want to be "TOGETHER" in a tour group. It's a HUGE group of Ah Nehs, more than 50 of them! Soon enough, this Indian family in the queue was VERY UNHAPPY! The DADs in the family started shouting at them, and
the wives... they said something along this line, "You are a disgrace to our own RACE!"
WOW!!! i can't help laughing, i just stood there and watch the show, seeing how "paisei" the Ah Neh tour guide looked. He stood there let her scold, don't dare to say anything lah! Luckily they didnt fight, if not it'll be really cool to watch. =P

These Ah Neh's should really get some scolding, even better if it's from their own people.

Just like this picture, a perfect illustration of them. No matter how pack the train is, they still wana squeeze to get on it!!

I'm not racists! It's their behaviour that makes me squirm! I guess i have enough of them for tonite.... it's another busy day tomorrow i can predict.... *keeping fingers cross* Please let it be good.....

Did my maiden tram last night... it went pretty well except for a few blunders along the way. Was rewarded with "claps" nevertheless. *smile* It spur my determination to give better commentary for my next tram!

It's only 2 weeks

2 Weeks

I can forsee my schedule for this semester, and i only have one word for it. "BUSY" VaL said i don't lead a normal life, with school, work and social activities... it's amazing i still can cope with it for the time being. Am i starting to complain now? Nope... i like it actually. It's true that i've many deadlines to meet, many projects to crack my head with, but i seems to be enjoying every part of it! Eventhough i'm drained out after work everyday or after any project meeting. But i can see how fruitful my life is.

Get to relax and chill out with friends after work or sometimes when im not working, i'll read up for my assignments. Bible study every week helps in my spiritual growth all the time. I totally love what i'm doing now and glad to have a bunch of great project mates this semester. I'm actually looking forward to the discussions, engaging myself in interesting conversation with VaL, seeing our ideas evolve into a report. Oh.. not forgetting the bitching sessions in between serious work. All work and no play is mundane don't u agree? heee...

I've passed my Chinese commentary assessment! I feel more comfortable everytime i get on the tram, hope i'll get to do this often enough. To be at different job scope, trying out different things.

Let's see, many events happened for the past week. Fiona's bday, TB21 gathering, My Graduation, Dolin's bday @ Harbin, many supper sessions... in 2 weeks!! My schedule is all filled up with things to do! This is what school life should be, to me at least. I dun wish to regret for not trying or doin things that i should have done. Alrt.. i shall leave the pictures to tell the story... need to get back to my assignments!! *MISSES*

Back in J.B

Back in J.B

It's been slightly more than a month since i was back from the States, everything passes by so quickly. I have to stop and catch my breathe, take in all the events that had happened in the past month. Whenever i feel that i've lost track of time, i'll flipped my organizer and make sure my plans didnt crash with other things. My organizer play such a big part in my life, it's like my road directory, telling me where to go, without it, i'm lost. It also marks the many important dates in my life, memories from the past and many joyous occasion that put smiles on my face. There're even lovegetti cards that i've took with frds and love ones. With improving technology, i understand that many people will want a PDA instead. To me, it is a cold-heartless machine without any warmth. Just for you to record ur appointments, meetings, plan ur schedule. After a while, u might just chuck it aside and let it gather dust. I've many friends who bought it and eventually wana sell it away. Call me old-fashioned, i still prefer writing in my organizer, with a touch of love and a little effort, it'll always be my trusted partner through thick and thin.

Was back in J.B for the weekend. I figure out if i dun go back, i wun be free till next month. From next week onwards, all my wkends are occupied. Key bday dinner, work, Sentosa, Pasir Gudang race track, view my new house... and it's a new month.

Met up with Khoon Li yesterday noon, i didnt know we actually have so much to talk about! Stayed at Lavender for almost 2.5 hrs! Imagine we were like strangers during primary school and he even call me "dao" and say im unapproachable!! *scoff* Am i more frdly and sociable now then? =P Anyhow, i took him for a ride to Danga Bay since he haven't been there. More chit-chat in the car all the way back to his house. We gonna meet up again for our primary school gathering. *U better organized it well Khoon Li!*

There's this place at City Plaza - Rooftop area which comprises of 2 indoor soccer courts, several table tennis tables, pool & snooker tables and a bar. Quite a decent place in J.B by far... was there with Yang and Yi Hao and several others whom i can't remember their names. =P Yang just came out from his camp, the last time i saw him, he was about to go tekong. Though it has been a month, but it seems like just yesterday. Had quite a bit to drink but it's only beer, didnt feel the kick. *grinz* Yang was feeling drowsy after his medication, that poor boy fell ill ever since he got into the camp and hasn't recover since. Stayed till about 2am and went for supper near my house. It's like a norm during supper time that many gossips and craps jokes arised. Ours was no difference, esp with all those "Jiu Hu" slang... even more funny lah!

*Yang, take care of urself k! Will see ya when u get out again and wen i get back to JB again. ;) *

Time

Managing time

It's been almost one week in school and i already can feel that time is running out. As i flipped through my planner, everyday seems to be packed with something. If it's left blank, it'll definitely be filled with projects and self-study. Not forgetting time with friends, socialize, work or activities in sch. Oh boy!! I'm really busy!! Will i be able to pull through this semester?! YES I CAN and I WILL!

Had my chinese commentary assessment today, sounded a bit too gan chiong. Stumbled a little here and there... i thought i've prepared well, *sigh* i guess when u're actually doing it, it's a total different story. Lynn said she will want to hear me one more time, and she wants me to go through one more training with Julianna so i can update on those little little animals that is not in the script. She wants me to sound more enthu! I already did! Probably must be like "WoW, look at that! or *whisper* shhh... look at that" That kind of mysterious effect as and wen needed. It's been a long time ever since i last did the commentary during my training. Gime some credit lah...=P Will definitely improve overtime mah... *wink*

Anyway, i have my 2 chinese trams confirmed aredi... so i guess it's consider pass ba. Will have to train up my liveliness in my commentary now i guess. Can i do it? The ans is obvious, of cos I CAN DO IT. Anybody wana sit on my tram? Save up $450 to book the tram bah. hahhaahz

Sandals... Slippers... Gals....

Finally got my HAVAIANAS today! Jo owe it to me since my last 21st bday till now.... and still say it's gona be this year bday pressie as well..... *pout lips* I agreed to that for the fact that he got his "wifey" to take care of from now. Most importantly, i got to sit in his "wifey" pretty often too... so... okie lah.. 2 bday pressies combined as one. =P

After getting my havaianas from Hereen, we went to Bible Study! Haven't been to one for a veryyyyy lonnnggggg time. It's great to be back! Though i still feel jittery when i stepped into the house. But very soon, im able to gel with the group. God must be helping me along the way. =) Hopefully i can change my work next thur so i can attend BS again!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Next on my list!! Birkenstock!! I like this particular design thou... this colour too.. or those with prints also nice. Hmmz.. my bday in December.. so everyone can start saving now... hahaz..

Me, Val, Dolin and Lyly rushed to the library after lecture. I guess none of us are so hardworking during our poly days. Go library to study for exams maybe... research for projects are all done through the internet... Doubt any of us get any book for reference. But.. it's a total different story in RMIT. Afterall, we are studying for a degree, higher level of requirements. No more easy work from the net or copy from the sentences. Only originality and prove of self-understanding will get u good grades. Oh ya, not forgetting GOOD REFERENCING from more than 3 books. Therefore, all of us went to borrow a maximum of 6 books. We cleared the cupboards i guess, pple behind us have to reserve the books... First time seeing all the people so hard working, starting to get worried aredi. *wipe sweat*

TIME MANAGEMENT!! It's like so so so so important now. Have to plan and EXECUTE my plans!! no class this coming friday... gona stay at home and start on my essay. Tmr got work.. and my chinese tram assessment, hope everything will go on smoothly bah..

We had 10 scoops together k! I think i ate the most lor, keep taking cos i said im still not full yet. After we left the place, then i realise i ate too much! =P

It's pretty fun making ur own ice cream on the Ice plate aka Hot plate. It's the same plate, just that it can be change from hot to cold and vice versa. Got lots of flavours oh! Mange sorbet, Orange Sorbet, Tiramisu, Rum&Raisin, Champagne, Peach Sorbet and so much more! That place is better than Seoul Garden! Cos all those smoke will be absorb to the sides, and will not stink ur hair or ur clothes. Let me show u how isit like!!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Disappear

Disappear

If only things or feelings can disappear without a trace....

Got to know a frd recently who sell anime vcds/dvds. He got INITIAL-D stage 1 to 3 in cantonese!! But stage 4 onli available in Jap cos he said Japan didnt give the rights to HK to dub it in cantonese. hmmz... anyway, kinda hooked into tt anime under some influence. If the price is reasonable, prolly i'll just get them for my private collection!

I realise, my money is disappearing even b4 my pay is out. Damn it....

Orientation was not up to expectation, but i went there hoping to know some potential project mates, i found none. However, we manage to secure 3 in our group, need to find the final 1 or 2 on mon during lecture. I guess Val and me were both stressing each other last nite over this issue, *grinz* but it's beta now den later. At least we would have a easier time when sch starts, provided we can get really good project mates. Don't forget we need to motivate each other constantly babe!! Aim for HD (high distinction)!!

That day after orientation, i went to work, den to Zouk. *phew* Haven't been so occupied in a long time. Had a helluva time with Carol and Judy that nite. Met up with Key too, that gal is really becoming thinner and thinner each time i see her. *Can u please stop losing weight? It's very UNHEALTHY u noe*

Thought i can slp longer for the nx day, but nooo...i've to drag my lazy arse outta the bed to meet Yan Mei for lunch and shopping. We were both late, as usual, but i was later.. as usual... *giggles* She's really nice to hang out with, suaning her is part of the joy too. Oh! We planned something on the 19th July! Gona turn her house upside down and make her whole neighbourhood go crazy with our lame and cold jokes/qns. Hopefully her flat wun go thumbling down with all our noise, or ermm....*scoff* belle's Loudmonster voice. =D

Really Looking forward to it!!
