Life... treasure it

Still remember i was talking to val that we have reached the age where we received wedding invitations, baby full-month invitation. Never have i expected to receive news that someone i know had passed away....

This news came to me on tue night, i was told that one of my sec school frd passed away in a car accident. I was not close to him, nevertheless, it's just so sudden. What i heard was he flew out of the car when the accident happened. He was the passenger, they made a u-turn, an oncoming car was speeding and hit on the back of their car, the impact was so great that the door near to him open, n he was thrown out of the car. He died soon after. The others in the car only suffered minor injuries. The car which bang them... they hit and run.

He met an accident once... he survived. This time round, he didn't make it. I went for the wake last night... felt the intense sadness when i arrived. His sister whom i also know, tried so hard to hold back her tears when she saw us. I just hugged her, hope to give her a little comfort. Tears gathered around my eyes during the service. He's only at a tender age of 21, just celebrated his 21st bday... ought to have so many good years ahead of him...

Treasure your love ones, loving them each and every day, not only on special occasions. Life is too short to live the same day twice. Above all, love God. Only in Him, you can learn to love others sacrificially.
