Step 1: After the navel is marked and cleaned it is held with forceps



Step 2: Then the needle is quickly pushed through at the mark.



Step 3: The jewelry is butted to the needle and inserted while pushing out the needle.



Step 4: The captive bead ring is completed by adding the bead.



Step 5: Aftercare!! Take care of your piercing!!

Any idea why i post this? Cos i've a strong urge to do navel piercing! and i might really do it after my exams!! >_<
