PriscY Steam egg

PriscY's Steam Egg Recipe



*for Leslie: This is for u!! Come back SOON, can have dinner over at my house if you dun mind my cooking. a small gathering for the ballies too! =)




Ingredients:

1) 3 eggs, beaten
2) Cold water, same volume as the eggs (instead of plain water, i use chicken broth. if u do this, can add lesser soya sauce)
3) 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (i prefer sesame oil, more fragrant)
4) 1 pinch of pepper
5) light soya sauce (suit ur taste)

Servings for 4

Steps:

1. Mix the first 5 ingredients well.

2. Pour the mixture into a shallow saucer.

3. Steam the mixture over boiling water (for about 10-15mins), or you can steam it inside rice cooker above rice.
Remember to cover ur bowl of egg with a plate before covering it with the big lid. Doing so the surface of ur egg will be smooth. =)

In addition, u can add meat, shrimps, mushrooms or anything else. Depends on ur creativity! I prefer it plain thou. ;)
